Stop messages right away

Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message or email from us. We stop contacting you and record your choice so you are not contacted again.

Ask us to delete your data

1. Email contact@mafsan.ae with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Write from the email address, or tell us the WhatsApp number, that the data is held under, so we can find it. We may ask you to confirm it is you.
3. We confirm receipt, carry out the deletion, and confirm when it is done, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, contact details, messages, notes and conversation history in our systems.
• We keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email or number so that we can make sure you are never contacted again, and records that do not identify you, such as anonymous counts.
• Copies in backups disappear as the backups expire.
• We may keep what the law requires us to keep.

If a business contacted you through MAFSAN

If a client of ours (for example a property developer or broker) messaged you, they decide how your data is used. Send your request to us anyway: we will carry it out for that client or pass it on and tell you.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

If you signed in or interacted with MAFSAN through a Meta product, email us with the name or number concerned. Removing the MAFSAN app from your Meta settings does not remove data we hold, so please contact us as above. See our privacy policy for full details.
